Yes, there are Rules Of Engagement

First and foremost - if you use endearments such as

calling me Dear/Baby/Honey/Sweety, etc...  I shall immediately  BLOCK  you !!!​

I have more respect for those terms of endearment than to use them lightly

and I consider it RUDE and insulting to use them if the relationship does not exist.

And calling someone "Hey Handsome" that you have never chatted with

makes you sound like a Hooker (see below re: WebWhores).
